Their is a nice article on Life Hacker with reasons why you may want to use the private browsing feature that is in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox ( other browsers too). This feature is also known as Porn Mode. Read the other reasons where the private browsing feature comes in handy. Anything from web developers usage for debugging new apps to Facebook browsing on someone else’s computer are listed as reasons for private browsing.

A good article by Bill Hunt discussing segmentation and managing multilingual and/or regional sites. Bill reinforces the need to segment content in a way that can then be geographically targeted in Google webmaster tools. At this time Google webmaster tools does not allow geographic targeting based on name value pairs in query strings. If your site is not depending on regional domain names or servers with the same IP as the targeted country, then paying attention to content segmentation is a must.

I am definitely an instapaper hard core fan. If you have never used before, it is a service that allows you to bookmark an online article to read latter whether your online or offline. I have the app on my iphone. It is quite useful when you are zipping through your twitter feed and you see an article you want to read but don’t have the time to digest the article at that moment. My twitter client EchoFon has a link to save into instapaper. In fact there are many apps that have made this integration. Check it out and download the instapaper app on your iphone. I performed a quick search to see what Android is doing with this service. It looks like Android has some apps that integrate with instapaper also.
